One Evening Hobby/Beginner Course
6:30pm - 8:00pm

Have you ever wanted to make fantastic pizza at home? We're not just talking a pizza "kit" but a real, authentic Italian Pizza. The Pizza Casa course will teach you how to do just that.
In this intensive 1.5 hour long course attendees will begin with dinner - an opportunity to sample slices from several Romana style pizzas. After dinner, attendees will learn how to make the pizzas they just enjoyed!
Attendees will learn how to make the dough, top the pizza with fresh ingredients and cook it using a wood burning residential pizza oven.
This course is open to anyone aged 16 and up. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian also participating in the course.
The Pizza Casa course takes place in the Italiana FoodTech kitchen showroom located at 815 Alness Street (near Dufferin/Steeles). The course will be taught by an expert pizza maker. The small class size will ensure lots of hands on time with the machines and oven as well as one and one time with the instructor as well as an opportunity to ask questions.
Aprons will be provided for the course, but attendees will be working with flour and food, and should wear appropriate clothing and flat bottom shoes.
